I like this idea of building new habits one by one rather than trying to change many habits at once. It’s more likely to stick and the change will be more clear. I started with reducing the use of plastic bags – I carry a cloth bag with me wherever I go. Now I am trying to reduce the amount of paper I use and buy, including magazines and newspapers, which I can subscribe to in digital editions or borrow from the public library (print or electronic versions).
